PERSONAL TRAINING

You will train 1-on-1 with Coach Jaclyn and have exclusive access to a private, inclusive facility in downtown or midtown Toronto. If you have access to a condo gym, Coach Jaclyn can come to you.45-min or 60-min sessions available.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

'Level Up' with a full-body strength and conditioning based circuit style class using bodyweight, free weights, medicine balls and battle ropes to get your heart-pumping and metabolism soaring.Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, this is your chance to challenge yourself, improve your strength, build lean muscle mass and increase your stamina with a like-minded community in a private gym downtown Toronto.Unlike most large group classes, you can expect to receive personal attention and feedback while getting your sweat on in a high energy setting. Spaces are limited, indoor shoes are required, and bookings must be made in advance.

ONLINE PROGRAMMING

Perfect for those comfortable working out on your own but need direction and/or want all the guess work taken out of writing an effective training program. You will receive a customized training program tailored to your body and goals with weekly check-ins to provide you with an added level of accountability and support.12-week minimum to start.

ONLINE NUTRITION COACHING

If you are seeking nutritional guidance for weight loss, muscle gain or overall maintenance without dietary restrictions, get started with a customized macronutrient plan. Coach Jaclyn will guide you on making healthier, balanced choices, and customize recommendations to match your lifestyle. You will receive tips and tricks to add to your toolkit to develop your mindset and to create healthy habits to help you reach your goals in a sustainable and enjoyable manner. Modifications will be made as needed with weekly check-ins, and access to 24/7 email and text support to keep you on track.12-week minimum to start.

As I think many women can relate to, I was hesitant for many years to explore the strength training area of the gym. It was always intimidating and I didn’t know where to start. Was I using the equipment correctly? How many reps and sets did I have to do to have an effective workout? Was my form correct? These were just a few of the questions that would overwhelm me before I could even start. After spending a decade running and doing mostly cardio, I decided to explore strength training seriously in my 30’s after a terrible back injury. I turned to Jaclyn for guidance. I trusted Jaclyn completely, because I knew how passionate she was about training through her personal fitness journey (and results!).Jaclyn put together a detailed 3-month program for me to improve my stability and endurance leading up to marathon training season. Each day’s workout was different, and created in a way that helped me stay motivated. There are no shortcuts anywhere worth going, and Jaclyn understands this. Working through the program, I quickly understood Jaclyn really listens to your goals and genuinely cares about her clients. She’s a stickler for correct form, which is so important to get right before you lift heavy things. I've been a semi-regular gym goer for 4 years and found a routine using machines where I have been able to consistently make progress. When COVID-19 hit, I lost access to the machines and I was worried that I would not be able to get a proper workout in with my limited equipment. Exercise has always been an integral part of my lifestyle for both my physical and mental health. I am 53 years young and regularly do aerobic activity including jogging, mountain biking, rollerblading, and dancing (hip hop classes) amongst other things. I've noticed that no matter how intense my workouts were, my body composition (ratio of fat to muscle), overall muscle strength, and endurance pretty much remained the same. I wanted to be more sculpted and toned. In addition, the body begins to shrink and lose muscle mass with age and I wanted to slow this process down and maintain my strength and endurance so I could continue doing all the activities I love going into my mid 50s and beyond. So began my weight training with Jaclyn 7 months ago.Since working with Jaclyn, not only do I look more sculpted and toned, but the increase in my physical strength from training with her has significantly improved my performance in all my other activities. ABOUT

COACH JACLYN

Don't judge a book by its cover. I was the quiet, shy, chubby kid who wore baggy clothes, and never excelled in gym class. I had the dreaded belly and tube arms well into my mid-20s before I had my AH-HA moment and realized that nothing was going to change unless I took action. And so, my own transformation journey began. From being a sedentary 9-5 corporate office worker to actively participating in group classes, to trial and erroring on my own, to finding my own coaches and taking the leap to compete as a natural bodybuilder on the regional and national stages, I know and understand the struggles involved with trying new things, fearing the unknown, and the mental and physical challenges that come with competing, working through debilitating injuries impacting my joints, nerves and tendons, wrestling with mild body dysmorphia, and learning to love and appreciate my body in all of its stages. My passion has since turned into my livelihood and there is no turning back. It's my turn now to support you, and to help you reach for the stars!Coach Jaclyn is a fitness professional, nutrition coach, and a Top 10 CPA National Natural Bikini Masters Athlete who strives to inspire and empower her clients using science-based methodology to sustainably achieve and maintain their fitness goals. While progress is never linear, there is no more yo-yo-ing back and forth here if you are willing to put in the work.
